TPP & Pre-ETS case management

Every service logged. Every DOR report ready.

Grant Genie gives Transition Partnership Programs one place to enroll students, record Pre-Employment Transition Services, and produce the monthly and quarterly paperwork DOR asks for, without rebuilding spreadsheets each month.

Built for school districts, TPP providers and DOR vendors. Each agency gets its own workspace.

Built around the requirements

The five required Pre-ETS activities, tracked as you deliver them

Every session is tagged to the WIOA Pre-ETS activity it serves, so hours roll up by student, by category and by month on their own.

Pre-ETS 1

Job exploration counseling

Career interest inventories, labor-market research and informational interviews.

Pre-ETS 2

Work-based learning

Paid work experience, internships, job shadows and worksite tours, with employer details attached.

Pre-ETS 3

Postsecondary counseling

College, trade school and training-program planning, applications and visits.

Pre-ETS 4

Workplace readiness

Soft skills, independent living, financial literacy and transportation training.

Pre-ETS 5

Self-advocacy instruction

Disclosure, requesting accommodations, and peer mentoring.

How it works

From referral to quarterly report in three steps

1

Enroll students

Import your roster or add students one at a time. Eligibility documents, consent forms and IEP or 504 status live on the student record.

2

Log services as they happen

Job coaches record sessions from any device in under a minute: student, activity, hours and a short case note.

  • Group sessions logged once for every attendee
  • Work experience hours tied to the worksite
3

Generate the reports

At month end and quarter end, Grant Genie fills the DOR templates from your logs. Review, fix any flagged gaps, and export.

Reports

The paperwork your program already submits, filled in for you

Grant Genie works from the same templates your contract uses, so the output looks like what DOR expects to receive.

RosterOngoing

AWARE roster

BillingMonthly

Questions

Common questions

Who is Grant Genie for?

School districts, county offices and community providers that run a Transition Partnership Program or other DOR-funded Pre-ETS contract and need to document services for billing and compliance.

Do we have to change our report templates?

No. Grant Genie produces the AWARE roster, monthly workbook, PWE report and Quarterly Progress Report in the formats your program already uses.

Can several schools or sites share one account?

Yes. An agency workspace can hold multiple sites, with staff assigned to the students they serve.

How do we get our existing data in?

Send us your current roster and logs as spreadsheets and we'll import them during setup.
